This Privacy Policy explains the documented ways Share to Learn collects and manages information when you use the website. It covers newsletter signup forms, messages you send to us, and the choices available for newsletter records.
Newsletter signup
Share to Learn may present a signup form with the invitation: “Leave your email for future Share to Learn updates.” When displayed, the form asks for your email address and your explicit agreement to: “I agree to receive email updates from Share to Learn.”
When you submit the form, the site stores your email address, a hash used to check for duplicate signups, the signup time, the source page path without its query or fragment, the consent wording you accepted, and the collection status. These records are stored in the site’s WordPress database and remain there until they are removed or an erasure request is processed.
The signup system also creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers. These records are periodically cleaned up.
Signup collection is enabled for future Share to Learn updates. Email delivery, confirmation, and unsubscribe functions require separate configuration. We do not promise a sending schedule or state that an active mailing service is currently operating.
Contact messages
If you email Share to Learn, your message contains the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message text, and any attachments you send. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed to answer your question or request.
Record access and removal
Authorized site administrators can view, export, and remove newsletter signup records. Newsletter records are also included in WordPress personal-data export and erasure processes.
To request access to or removal of a newsletter record, email contact@sharetolearn.com and identify the email address used to sign up. Providing the signup address helps locate the correct record.
